You will build AirComply's pipeline from zero: consultants, Title V facilities, and multi-site EHS teams. The product demos itself in 3 minutes; your job is getting it in front of the right rooms and turning interest into signed accounts.

What you'll do
  • Own outbound to air quality consultancies and industrial EHS teams
  • Run product demos and manage evaluations through to close
  • Build referral and partnership channels across the compliance ecosystem
  • Feed market intelligence back into product and pricing
What we look for
  • B2B sales or BD experience, ideally environmental services or vertical SaaS
  • A network in EHS, air quality, or industrial compliance is a strong plus
  • Comfort selling a technical product to skeptical, expert buyers
  • Builder mentality: you create the playbook, not follow one

Senior Full-Stack Engineer

You will build the systems behind cited AI: retrieval pipelines against live regulatory sources, deterministic calculation services, document generation, and the workspaces our customers live in. Small team, real users, no legacy.

What you'll do
  • Design and ship LLM pipelines with retrieval, citation tracking, and guardrails
  • Build and harden the web application: workspaces, document generation, monitoring
  • Own reliability: a compliance platform has deadlines that do not move
  • Work directly with domain experts to encode regulatory logic correctly
What we look for
  • Strong TypeScript/Python and production web experience
  • Hands-on LLM application work: RAG, structured output, evaluation
  • Bias for correctness and auditability over cleverness
  • Interest in regulated, high-stakes domains
